E.I.R.E Accounting Services was founded in 2017 with the aim of helping small and medium sized businesses across New Zealand. We really care about the success of the businesses we work with and work hard to build lasting relationships and make a meaningful impact. The word Eire is Irish for Ireland and, although we're a kiwi company, is a tribute to our roots.

I'm Aileen Michie, director of E.I.R.E Accounting Services Ltd.

I'm a chartered accountant with over 15 years of experience in the accounting world and before that a strong background in business administration. I'm passionate about getting small businesses out of the paperwork thicket and back to the work they love.

I am skilled in cash flow, self-management, Xero and Income Tax and enjoy demystifying and organising efficient administration and finance solutions for the businesses I work with.

I have a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accounting and Management and New Zealand Diploma in Business and New Zealand Institute of Management (NZIM).

My name is Eden Talataina, a dedicated and professional Administrator with over 10 years’ experience in the business sector.

After living abroad in Australia, I am delighted to be back in Aotearoa where I can utilise my skills and knowledge.
